We spent 5 days in Pressili 5 over looking New Quay in Wales and had a wonderful time throughout. Communication with Claire was excellent, directions and check in instructions were perfect and the caravan not only feels like a huge me from home but it also feels spacious, clean and cosy.
The beds were so comfy, we slept really well and to wake up to a fresh bean to cup coffee which we enjoyed over looking the view across the bay was the icing on the cake of a perfect breakfast.
We will be back again. This place is perfect for couples and families alike.
Stayed in hengell 53 quay west over the Easter weekend , had a great stay ! Beautiful clean caravan. Very spacious . Everything you need and more.
Great to have linen / hand towels and bath mat ready for our arrival.
Hosts are great and no question was too much for them. Very helpful. Looking forward to staying with you again
My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Dune View Holiday Homes and we brought our dog Bowie along for some walking and exploring.
The caravan was absolutely perfect. Spotless on arrival, in immaculate condition and smelled fresh and welcoming. We were so impressed with the thoughtful extras our hosts had provided. There were so many little touches and handy items we didn’t even realise we’d need until we opened a cupboard or drawer and found exactly what we were looking for. They had truly thought of everything – from games, cards, and books to Netflix and Wi-Fi which made our evenings just as enjoyable as our days out.
We had an amazing time, can’t wait to return, and would highly recommend Dune View Holiday Homes to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway with plenty to explore nearby.
Amazing caravan and Claire was so helpful beforehand. The kids loved the Easter package they left which was a lovely touch. Beautiful location, very quiet and nothing on the site to do but perfect if you've got kids and dogs who love walking. Beautiful sand dunes an beech right on doorstep. Would definitely book again
Everything was perfect
Very clean, comfortable and most importantly, it was warm, which we were a bit afraid of because the temperature at night dropped below zero.
The house is equipped better than described It's not just about equipment, but also about other things that you can simply forget (diapers, sanitary pads, toothbrushes, etc.)
5 minutes walk to the sea. The view from the window is unforgettable and with a bit of luck you can see dolphins through the binoculars that are provided. What more could you want, maybe just a longer stay because We really didn't want to leave this house

The walk to the beach is a short stroll and the views are spectacular. It was our first time in New Quay but we will definitely be back and this caravan is the perfect base. We couldn’t fault a single thing about the caravan. The outdoor decking area was just as stunning as the inside, with those same thoughtful details that made it feel so special.
The location was ideal, just a five minute walk up and over the dunes to a gorgeous beach where you can walk for hours and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. With a car, you’re perfectly placed to explore the surrounding area. In our short stay, we managed to visit Aberystwyth, Aberdyfi, Barmouth, and of course, Borth.
Beautifully situated caravan close to the beach. Lovely decking area to sit out on. Having an en suite toilet in double bedroom was a bonus. Welcome pack was excellent cake biscuits dog biscuits milk and juice very much appreciated. Dog bowls and bed were also provided. A beautiful caravan with everything you need.
