This depends on the package you choose:

• Bronze Package: We handle all guest enquiries through to securing the booking, allowing you to take over once the reservation is confirmed.

• Silver Package: We manage the entire guest journey, including enquiries, bookings, pre-arrival information, and guest support throughout their stay.

• Gold Package: We provide a fully managed service, handling everything from initial enquiry and booking through to guest communications, support during the stay, and post-stay follow-up.
