    All bookings have a booking charge of £20 and some have a cleaning fee too.

  • Yes. We coordinate professional cleaning services between stays, complete property checks, and arrange trusted contractors for repairs or maintenance when needed.


  • We conduct regular inspections, keep detailed reports, and work with reliable cleaners and tradespeople. Our goal is to maintain your property to a high standard and respond quickly to any issues.

  • You’ll receive a clear statement showing all bookings, income, and deductions. Payments are transferred directly to you on an agreed schedule.

  • Absolutely. Just let us know your preferred dates, and we’ll block the calendar for you.


  • We document and report any damage immediately, handle communication with guests, with hold some or all of the breakages deposit and assist with claims through insurance if needed.

  • Guests can book directly through our website or via major booking platforms where your property is listed. We monitor availability in real time to avoid double-bookings.

  • Yes. We provide reliable support throughout the guest’s stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If there are any problems we can we not solves ourselves we will contact you (the owner) and then relay this to the guests.

  • Our pricing is transparent. Management fees depend on the level of service you choose, and we’ll always outline any additional costs (such as cleaning or maintenance) before work is carried out.

    Most importantly you do not pay unless we get bookings!
