Caravan Letting Agreement

Term of Agreement

This agreement is from March 2027 and remains valid until terminated by either party with 7days’ written notice.

 Owner Responsibilities

Provide valid gas safety, electrical safety, and insurance documents.

Maintain the caravan in safe, clean, and good working order.

Inform the company of any repairs, hazards, or changes.

Ensure the holiday park permits subletting.

Uphold any bookings made by ACOC Getaways LTD (exceptional circumstances can apply)

All properties must be left guest ready, or a clean booked in with us prior to guests arriving( Any properties left below standard may be removed from our books)

If bedding is provided please ensure 2 sets are available at all times

Provide all key lock codes

Provide all WIFI details (if you are allowing the use of this)

Company Responsibilities

Advertise and manage bookings for the caravan.

Collect payments from guests.

Provide customer communication and support.

Arrange cleaning/maintenance as agreed.

Cancellations

Company cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated

Security Deposits

Security deposits will be handled by the company. Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, or unreasonable cleaning.

Insurance & Liability

The owner must hold valid insurance. The company is not liable for structural damage, wear and tear, or park-related issues.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 7days’ written notice, we do ask that all current bookings are upheld.
