Fully Equipped Accessible Kitchen

The modern galley-style kitchen has:

  • Lower-level workspaces

  • Easy-access appliances including kettle, toaster and microwave

  • Clear floor space for wheelchair user.

Bedrooms Designed for Comfort & Practicality

This caravan includes three well-arranged bedrooms:

  • Master SUPER KING SIZE bedroom with accessible layout and plenty of storage

  • Large twin room, will full size single beds and ample room around them. This room features a mobile hoist/monkey pole, supporting guests with additional mobility needs. (please note this is only available upon request).

  • Soft décor, cosy bedding and thoughtful touches throughout make it the ideal home from home for all.

Large Wheelchair-Accessible Wet Room

The bathroom is fully adapted and spacious, featuring:

  • Roll-in wet room shower with support rails

  • Fold-down shower seat

  • Raised accessible toilet with grab rails

  • Ample turning room for wheelchairs

  • Bright lighting and non-slip flooring

Outside , you’ll find:

  • Outside you will find large decking area, that is accessed via a large gated ramp. The decking wraps around the caravan ensuring you can all enjoy the unforgettable sunsets over New Quay.

  • You’ll find a relaxing seating area — the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or enjoy some alfresco dining

  • The large decking is gated and lockable to ensure our younger guests to remain safe.

  • Step-free access from inside the caravan

  • There is a disabled parking space next to the caravan.

  • A short stroll down to the Beach, meaning you can be from your door to the sand in less than five minutes.

  • The site offers plenty of fabulous facilities, but our caravan benefits from being tucked away just enough to ensure peace and quiet when you want it.

  • For a scenic adventure, take the off-road coastal walk (a little rugged in parts) through to New Quay Harbour. Here you’ll discover charming restaurants and one of the very best spots to see the resident bottlenose dolphins.
