Inside, you’ll find:

  • One double bedroom with ensuite plus a twin bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups.

  • A spacious, open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with large patio doors which open on to large decking — perfect for relaxing while soaking in the sea view.

  • A dining area, great for family meals, board games, or evening chats.

  • A fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need, including one of our favourite features… an airfryer!

  • A family bathroom with a generous shower.

  • The caravan is fully double-glazed with central heating, making it as cozy on cooler nights as it is bright and airy during sunny days.

Outside , you’ll find:

  • Step outside onto the two large decking areas, one to the side and one to the front. From both you can watch the boats drift by or enjoy unforgettable sunsets over New Quay Harbour.

  • You’ll find a two relaxing seating area — the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or enjoy some alfresco dining

  • The large decking is to ensure our younger guests and four legged friends remain safe.

🌴 Location & Surroundings 🌴

  • A short one-minute stroll takes you to the walkway for the Beach, meaning you can be from your door to the sand in less than five minutes.

  • The site offers plenty of fabulous facilities, but our caravan benefits from being tucked away just enough to ensure peace and quiet when you want it.

  • For a scenic adventure, take the off-road coastal walk (a little rugged in parts) through to New Quay Harbour. Here you’ll discover charming restaurants and one of the very best spots to see the resident bottlenose dolphins.
