This spacious three-bedroom caravan enjoys a wonderful elevated position with far-reaching views across the sea, visible from both the private decking and the impressive picture windows in the lounge. Bright, stylish and exceptionally well equipped, it offers the perfect combination of a traditional family seaside holiday with those extra touches that make a stay feel special.

The heart of the property is the beautifully spacious open-plan lounge, where an enormous L-shaped sofa provides plenty of room for everyone to relax together. Large windows stretch across the front of the living area, flooding the space with natural light and framing the coastal outlook beyond. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee, curling up after a day exploring or simply watching the changing colours of the sea and sky, this is a view you will never tire of.

The neutral décor, soft furnishings and carefully chosen finishing touches give the caravan a warm, contemporary feel without losing that all-important home-from-home comfort.

The adjoining dining area provides a welcoming space for family breakfasts, evening meals, games and relaxed nights together, while the kitchen is particularly impressive for a holiday home. Generously equipped and thoughtfully stocked, it includes a full cooking area, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and even an air fryer, alongside excellent cupboard and preparation space. Everything has been considered to make self-catering easy rather than something you have to compromise on while away.

When it is time to unwind, there are three beautifully presented bedrooms.

The master bedroom has been styled in calming greens and neutrals, with a comfortable double bed, attractive soft furnishings and plentiful overhead storage. It also benefits from its own ensuite, giving parents or grandparents additional privacy during their stay.

Two further twin bedrooms provide four additional single beds. Each has been individually styled, making them particularly welcoming for children while remaining comfortable and attractive enough for teenagers or adults too. Quality bedding and thoughtful finishing touches continue throughout.

With a family bathroom plus master ensuite, the property works particularly well for larger families and multi-generational holidays, helping busy mornings and evenings run that little bit more smoothly.

Outside is where this holiday home really comes into its own. The private raised decking overlooks the coast, creating a wonderful place to step outside with your morning coffee, enjoy a drink in the evening or simply stop for a moment and take in the view. Additional outdoor seating provides another space for enjoying the fresh coastal air.
