Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom caravan, perfectly placed to enjoy the stunning view of the sand dunes.

Wake up to breathtaking views of sand dunes and a tranquil nature reserve — all from the comfort of our modern two-bedroom caravan.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • One double bedroom with ensuite plus twin bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups.

  • A spacious L-shaped sofa set beside a large picture window — perfect for relaxing while soaking in the view of the sand dunes.

  • A dining area, great for family meals, board games, or evening chats.

  • A fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need.

  • A family bathroom with a generous shower.

  • The caravan is fully double-glazed with central heating, making it as cozy on cooler nights as it is bright and airy during sunny days.

Outside , you’ll find:

  • Step outside onto the large wrap-around decking, where you can look out on to Ynyslas sand dunes and nature reserve (if you are lucky you might see the local kites flying).

  • You’ll find a relaxing seating area — the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or enjoy some alfresco dining

  • The large wrap-around decking has privacy screening and a gate at the end to ensure our younger guests and four legged friends remain safe.

  • Ample safe grassy space for children and dogs to play, our caravan is perfect for families, couples, and dog lovers alike.

  • Parking for two cars

  • You are just 50 metres from the gate leading to the sand dune pathway — wander down to a beautiful dog-friendly beach for long walks, beach games, or simply soaking up the sun.

  • The site offers a lovely bistro, small shop and adventure playgrounds for the children.

  • Borth town centre is aprox 5minute drive from the site.
