Inside the Caravan

Step inside this beautifully presented caravan and you’ll find a bright, spacious and welcoming interior, thoughtfully equipped for an easy and comfortable coastal stay.

The open-plan living area is filled with natural light from the large windows and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax together. A generous L-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating, while the TV, electric fire, books and selection of games make it just as enjoyable for cosy evenings in as it is after a busy day exploring.

The adjoining dining area provides a dedicated space for family meals, games or a morning coffee, while the modern kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for a self-catering holiday. It includes a full-size fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, together with plenty of cupboard and preparation space.

Sleeping & Bathrooms

The accommodation includes a comfortable double bedroom with plenty of space to settle in, alongside a welcoming twin bedroom, ideal for children or additional guests.

There is a modern shower room with a generously sized shower, wash basin and WC, with the additional convenience of a separate WC — particularly useful when staying as a family.

Throughout, the caravan has been carefully furnished with a warm, homely feel and plenty of practical touches, including central heating and double glazing, making it a comfortable choice for coastal breaks throughout the season.

🌿 Outdoor Living & Dune Views

Step outside onto the spacious, gated decking area, a lovely extension of the caravan and an ideal place to enjoy the fresh coastal air. With views across the surrounding greenery towards the Ynyslas sand dunes, the setting feels peaceful, open and wonderfully relaxed.

The decking has been thoughtfully arranged with outdoor seating, making it perfect for a quiet morning coffee, an afternoon in the sunshine or a drink together at the end of the day. Privacy screening around the deck provides a little extra seclusion, while the gated entrance is particularly useful for families and guests travelling with dogs.

Directly alongside the caravan is a generous grassy area, giving children extra space to enjoy the outdoors and providing a convenient area for guests with four-legged family members.

The caravan also benefits from private parking for two cars, making arrivals, unloading and days out easy and convenient.

With its comfortable decking, open surroundings and beautiful natural backdrop, the outside space is a real highlight for families, couples and dog-friendly getaways.
